Vaccaro has been a Warwick resident for over a quarter century.  She began her career here as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 1975, became a New York State licensed broker in 1979, and four years after that opened her first office on South Street in Warwick.  Claudia Vaccaro Real Estate, Inc. continued to grow, and in 1989, Claudia moved the agency to the lovely Victorian-style building at 12 Maple Avenue in the Village of Warwick, where it is today. Claudia M. Vaccaro has been awarded designation of Certified Residential Specialist by the Residential Sales Council.  This honor is given to those who have developed special sales skills and have enhanced their residential sales knowledge through study, dedication, and proven experience.
